buying pitstop

just tried to buy it and it won't take the card. The card is fine, something on Enfocus' end. Anyone have this problem?

The online store is managed by an external company called asknet. Have you contacted them already about your issue?

I just bought the PITSTOP PRO(through Enfocus) and it is working fine for me. wanted to know how to resolve character encoding issues through this?

We just buy pitstop 2018 last month and now there is an update that we still have to pay for again. mmmmmmm not nice enfocus

If you bought PitStop 18 last month there is a grace period to 19 for free.
