Hi All,
We have PDFs supplied where the text looks like it should print but are actually "Comments". When sent to the press they are not there (as expected).
Is there a way to use preflight/actions to remove these comments so the proof reflects the actual print version.
TIA for any advice

Re: removing comments
Hi Andrew
On a test here comments are classed as annotations.
Action = Remove annotations worked here.
If that doesn't work could you post a file please?

Re: removing comments
Flatten annotations might also be useful if you want to keep them.
Either way you can detect they are there using preflight.
