Training for the new Release in April??

I use Pitstop every day in my work at a Printing Company. However, I think that I could be more efficient if I knew the product better. In April we have a new release scheduled and it has some features that interest me. I looked at the first video posted and am certainly confused. Really
So, I am asking the User Forum, how are you going to understand all the new features and know when to apply them. Or is this something everyone has to do by trial and error

Every release I do a series of training webinars on the new version and the new functionality.
