Action for moving objects in all document

Hello everyone
I am looking for action to move objects throughout the document by choice.
I know you need to first define: "select object inside region"
But I can not find a command that moves objects 5 cm to the left.
I know it can be done by recording a sliding command,
But I'm looking for a command without recording.
