Hi,

One of our machines running Acrobat Pro/Pitstop has a broken licence.
We are unable to repair it.
We are unable to delete it.
Can anyone advise how to resolve this?

I can post error essages if it helps.

Thanks,
Gareth.

Hi Laurent,

I have contacted support and they have said that the licence is deactivated but they won't help because we don't have support subscription.
Can you let me know how I can fix this myself? Happy to work through written instructions.

Thanks,

Gareth.

If they already deactivated it, then you should be able to fix it using the instructions on the bottom of this page:

Thanks,

I have tried the below but I cannot delete the licence. I get the error message:

Removing Broken/Repair Status
You can remove the broken/repair license status from within the Local License Manager by clicking on a broken license and pressing the delete key. If you don’t have the Local License Manager yet, then you can download it here.
Once the broken license is removed, you can reactivate the product key in the Local License Manager or in the software.

Can you try this?
Close down acrobat and the local license manager
Go to the FLEXnet folder:
Mac: HD: Library: Preferences: FLEXnet Publisher: FLEXnet
Win: C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet
Delete all files inthere that have 'esko' in their filename
Empty the trash bin

Hi Padawan,

Thaks very much, problem solved.

I needed to login as admin and close down the Enfocus services in task mamnger before I could delete those files for future reference.
