Pitstop Tool not responding properly

Hi

I am using Adobe Acrobat pro 11 and Enfocus Pitstop pro 11 update 2

Mac OS: 10.14.6

Issue: If we select any text using pitstop edit tool that text is selected, but the selection blue line shows some were in the layout. I attached the screen shot in the below link for your reference. In the screen shot I selected 3rd paragraph Ist line "For example" text. but the blue line you see outside of the page.

I already reinstall Acrobat and Enfocus plugin but it not works.

Any suggestion please to fix this.

I can't see the screenshot because of some security issue, but I have a memory of this issue as it was so extreme.
I seem to remember it was operating system based, but it could be Acrobat.
I will try and dig back and find it in the database.

The operating system you are running on is not supported by PitStop 11u2. OSX 10.8 was the highest.

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

Open in Low Resolution works for me it fix that issue.

But after enabling the low resolution text in my PDF seems to be very little broken. I am sure because of Open Low resolution only its looking like this.

If I upgrade my pitstop pro to higher version it will be fixed?

It's Acrobat you need to upgrade to resolve this issue.
