My costumor always delivers his file with a Cutcountour line inside, but this is not a stroke line but a filling line. If i try to cut this on our Zund it wil see two lines (inside and outside of this filling line). Is there a way to confert this just 1 line (stroke so we can cut it.

Not currently, but we have seen this problem before and have some ideas.
Is it possible you can send me the file please so we can use it for testing?

If you have PitStop 2020 or later you could use the Trace Objects (found under Line Art Editing) to create a new path.
The new path will trace along the outside of the line fill, so the difference in size shouldn't be that big.
Check Ingore white holes to only get a single path.

Make a copy of the original pdf and remove everything except for the cutting path.
Trace the object and then copy/paste the new path to the original pdf.

My customer makes a .eps file that wil be converted in acrobat/pitstop and than the lines are no longer stroke but fill.
If i open the .eps file in illustrator its ok. then i safe the file as hires PDF en then everything is fine.
