Hi All,
Newbie here, using the trial version
I am after some advise on how to rotate page (with contents).
I know this has to be a simple procedure, but for the life of me I cannot find it.
I have checked the documentation, which references it at least 4 times, but with no specific way to find it.
I have checked this forum, and of course have spent hours with the program itself to no avail.
I have found rotate contents, but this does not work in this situation.
I work for a large format printer that specializes in 50m long banners.
I am trying to make an action that can rotate a customers art, place variable text top & bottom, and then rotate back again.
The end result being text running up the sides of the banner.
I could find no way to rotate & add the variable text to the left & right edges, hence the need to rotate the page and add text to the top & bottom.
I have worked out everything for the action except the rotating of the page.
Maybe I'm over thinking the whole process and missing the obvious.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Tim Murphy

Re: Rotate page
Hi Laurent,
Thanks for the reply, that solved the problem. Appreciated.
I forgot to mention that I had also tried keyword searches in Pitstop, mainly "rotate", but that particular entry never turned up.
I have a lot to learn .
Again, thanks for your help.
