Page Scaling Factor

Post by LasseThid »

I have received a couple of pdf files for print from a customer, however the customer has applied a Page Scaling Factor of 10 to the pages, so when I look at the page size it says 23282x28032 mm instead of 2328x2803 mm.

If I try to change the Page Scaling Factor to 1 the page size is correct, but the contents are scaled to 10% (see attached screenshot).

How can I fix the pdf files, so they are the correct size?

If I run the action list the pdf will look like it does above, but if I save, close and then open the pdf again it is correct.

Dunno why I didn't try that earlier...

Sometimes when PitStop Pro changes things in the document, Acrobat doesn't refresh correctly. Sometimes that's Acrobat being stupid, sometimes it's PitStop not telling Acrobat to update.

Glad you found it :).
