drill hole dieline safety margin

We have actions to put perf lines and drill holes on our proofs. We then visually check pages to confirm text isn't going to get chopped by the drill but can be time consuming on jobs with high page counts. Is there a check that can be setup to warn if text is inside the drill holes?
I can't seem to find an action that will do that.

Hi Hank
It'll depend on how your file is constructed, ideally the drill marks are on a layer called drill**
You then make a new action
Select objects in Layer drill etc as per the grab
Log selection is set to error

You will probably need to add

So that it's only text overlapping that errors.
