Printer Spread to Single Pages

I have a printer spread I would like to crop to single pages... but the spread has a gutter (spine) for perfect binding. How do I either "delete" the gutter? I am using PitStop Pro 2021. Thank you

You need to adjust the trim and bleed boxes after the split to take the spine into account.
That's probably the easiest way.

Then you can remove any content completely outside the Trim Box to get rid of any excess content
