How to split a CMYK PDF file into 4 separate color

Goodmorning everybody,

I'm really a beginner with PitStop Pro.
I need to print the four separations of a CMYK PDF file. No matter if they are either 4 separate files (one for each color) or one single file containing four pages (one for each color)
Any advise about the action/actions to create to get it done?
