Enfocus Pitstop Server Bug

Post by Santhosh@82 » Wed Dec 25, 2019 1:56 pm

We have an instance of Pitstop Server (13 update 2) running on Windows Server 2008 (R2). We have some problems that appears recently.

We manage up to 600 files a day. Each files can go through process for their dedicated mapped profiles. We have mapped 100 more profiles in Enfocus Pitstop Server.

The problem recently we faced is something happens unusually. We have preflighted one PDF recently through pitstop server, we get the log files unusally. In second page "Certified PDF Status" shows "empty" and in third page "Preflight Profile Status" shows "no profile".

After that we have preflighted the same PDF through same pitstop server and we get the log file perfectly. It means the Certified PDF Status in second page and Preflight Status in third page has shown in log report.

Our quality controller has noticed this issue in the Log file. So please let us know what is the problem here and how to fix this type of bug in Enfocus Pitstop Server in future.

I have attached the Screenshots for your reference.

You'll have to contact Enfocus support about this, although this is quite an old version.
The issues you are experiencing are NOT a known problem and have not been reported before.
