Filter PitStop-reports/processing error

If i process a PitStop-Report.pdf with PitStopServer/Switch the process fails, PDF is placed in the "Problem Files" folder, error message is
The PitStop Server CLI gave an unknown error code: 254
Error while creating handle to the input file (PitStop Library error code 3028): Document is a Report (version 2, annotated).
Is there an option to filter out report-files before this error occurs?
