Hi
We created Pitstop profile which convert ICC based colored used to CMYK as fixes working fine in pitstop pro plugin in Acrobat. But if I used the same profile Pitstop server there is color variation in graphics.
Profile used
Before and after conversion in pitstop pro plugin is fine
Sample profile conversion done in pitstop server but output color is different
Let us know how to fix this issue

Can you check that the color management settings in PitStop Pro and PitStop Server are identical?

Color management can be set up in the application preferences, but also in the Preflight Profile itself.
So make sure you check all the locations.
It's worth using the profile option if you want the profile to move between different applications.
If the problems persist then you should contact support.
I looked at our support database and there are no current reports of any issues like this.

I also check the Preflight profile Color management both are same as the attached screenshot
Please let us know what is the actual issue, because we are facing this issue long years before. And do it manually.
Pitstop server MAC OS 10.10.2
Enfocus Pitstop server 12 update 3
Enfocus Pitstop Pro 11 update 2
Mac OS 10.14.6
Thanks

Re: In Pitstop pro profile working fine but in Pitstop server same profile there is color variation in graphics
In your screenshot of the Preflight Profile editor colour management is not set. That means the application-specific colour management settings will be used. This is not really clear in the UI unfortunately.
In PitStop Server colour management is set in two places:
1. The Preferences: menu bar - Window - Preferences - Color Management.
2. The Hot Folder: Hot Folder Editor - Color Management.
The Hot folder colour management is used only if "Override General Color Settings" is turned on.
In PitStop Pro colour management is set by selecting a preset in the "PitStop Color" category. Click "Edit <name of applied preset" to see and change the details.
So here's what you should do:
1. Edit the Preflight Profile and make sure "Enable color management" is ON. To correctly convert ICC based colour to CMYK you NEED colour management, and relying on the application's setting does not ensure this.
2. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management tab check every one of the ICC profiles and compare them to the Acrobat colour settings. Make sure they are the same as what Acrobat says.
3. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management tab make sure "The Output Intent overrides the selected ICC profiles" is ON.
4. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management tab make sure "Use other ICC profile than source" is OFF unless you know why it should be on.
5. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management tab set the CMM Engine to Little CMS. This will give the most consistent results across different systems.
6. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management tab set the Rendering Intent to Object defined.
7. In the Preflight Profile - Color Management: Images tab make sure "Apply General color settings" is ON.
8. Save the profile and use it both in Pro and Server.
By doing this you make the colour managment embedded in the Preflight Profile and hence independent of the application's settings.
