Add Custom Property Name and Value into PDF Metadata

Hello Pitstop Specialists
Is there any way to add Custom Properties field 'Name' and 'Value' into PDF meta data with PitStop Server 13 (using some action list or anything else).
We know we can add keywords by action list but we need to add custom Value and Name into the meta data field under http://ns.adobe.com/pdf/1.3/ section of metadata.
If we add manually Custom Properties 'Name' and 'Value' field within Acrobat Pro Application, it can be added pdfx:CustomeName:CustomValue string.
We need this field automatically filled by PitStop Server 13.
Any ideas and suggestions are highly appreciated.
