Move Object

sure I am missing something… 
I want to create an action list to select an object and then move the selected object up a couple of mm,
but I don’t see any move object feature in the action list editor to do just that.
The only Move objects I can find is ‘Move objects to corner, Move objects out of page box and Move objects into page box.
Any ideas?
