Convert ICC Tagged to DeviceCMYK

Good day all,

I have a large Action List converting CMYK and RGB colors to a PANTONE Spot Color.. but running into a common issue. I have some that are:

Color Space: ICCBasedCMYK, U.S. Web SWOP Coated (SWOP) v4

that I can not for the life of my get to convert. I have attempted to strip and convert to DeviceCMYK, but not finding the right combination.

Anyone know the magic bullet if any?

Just removing the Tag should do it.
