The action "Select by number of color plates" can help, if you turn colour management off. Unfortunately your "good" example does have some stray pixels that use more than just the K plate - very few, but enough to throw off the plate check. If possible I suggest you automatically fix these rather than trying to find them. The action "Select black and white objects" could help with that:

Select black and white objects
Convert color to gray
Override color management settings: color management OFF
Convert color to CMYK

Hello!

I don't want to convert the picture, just find it.

I've included a better example.

That one works perfectly with "Select by number of color plates".

Select if number of color plates is more than 1
Log selection "BAD"
Select if number of color plates is equal to 1
Log selection "GOOD"

If you want to make sure you don't get objects with e.g. only Cyan you can combine it with the "Select black and white objects" action:

Select black and white objects
Select if number of color plates is more than 1
AND
Log selection "BAD"
