Select objects with same fill value

Hi All,
Looks like it is easy but I can't find solution. I'm making Action List wich suppose to make small patterns. I get pdf with single tile and want to make 9X9 pattern via action. Below U can find example

I made an action:
resize media box
copy elements
paste it in 3 columns and 3 rows
Changes to CMYK

Now: I need to unify objects without color change. But I don't know how to select same color objects (that colours will be different for every job)

Is there anybody who will give me any tips?

P.S. Every job contains only path objects without stroke. There are 1-4 colours. I want this action to work on PitStop server.
Thanx
Tomek

Can you explain what you mean by 'unify'?

Sorry, but I'm still not really sure what you are trying to achieve.

But anyway. The problem is you are trying to select some objects, but you don't know what color they will be.
I assume this needs to be automated.

So what you need is a way to select objects that you can trust.
Perhaps what you could do is assign each object to a layer, so then once you have duplicated them you could 'select objects on layer by name"

Sorry for long "inactivity" - I've found another way how to get to the solution (outside of Pitstop)
But just to explain you what I wanted to do was:
- I had vector graphic in PDF with 4 colours. (those colours are different in every job)
- I wanted to select it by colour - means select all same color object (without concrete definition of color) - something like "find same color"
And then make "unify" - means make one object out of all selected objects.
