Connect You not able to save file to user location

Hello,

We have Connect You installed in an Admin account to convert PS file to PDF file. We are not doing any preflighting, just pdf creation.

(1) If we use the Save as option in the PDF Creation tab page, when the processing is done, we will be asked to select a location to save the file. Once we have clicked the button in that dialog to select a folder, an error message will pop up saying the specified file cannot be found. Note if we do not click the button, we can find the PDF file generated correctly at the temp location (D:\Temp). Once we click the button, the PDF file is deleted and then the error message pops up.

(2) If we use the Delivery option, we can an error message saying there is an error processing the file because there is not enough memory.

Eitherway, we cannot get the file to the correct location. Any idea why (1) will not work. The files are very complicated maps so I can understand (2) but I cannot understand why it would be successful in (1) when using the exact same PS file but (2) just a different delivery method.
