Hello together,

actually our Switch installation has no internet connection.

We have done the licence activation with the offline method and it worked fine.
Our Switch installation appears under "My products" in our Enfocus account, but not under ">My Appstore > My Switch". And when I try to download an app from the App store, I get the message that it is necessary to register our Switch installation via "About" panel. But that isn't actually possible because of the missing internet connection.
Is there any chance to register a Switch installation on another way? Or is it possible to download an app without registering?
I hope to solve it finally with getting an internet connected Switch installation but today it would help to access without.

To my knowledge you always need an active internet connection to be able to use Apps from the Appstore.

You could use a mobile internet connection.
