We are having a major issue with our Switch installation. This morning, we restarted the computer that Switch resides on and the switch server would not start. The splash screen would load and just stay there. If I clicked on it again, I would get the standard windows message that the program is not responding. We tried restarting both the Switch server and the physical computer but no luck.

I looked at the "Switch Designer" folder and no XML files were locked.
In the "Switch Server" folder the log file was corrupt and I was not able to copy the folder over. So I renamed the log file and was able to start the Switch Server. I could see all my flows but they would not start. So I restarted the computer.
Restarting the computer brought all my flows back but I cannot activate them. Both the "Activate Flow" and "stop Flow" options are greyed out. Even if I create a new flow, the option to activate the flow is greyed out. What could be the cause of that?

Hope you got it working and in case anyone get this issue make sure Start processing is active.
