Contractor for flow writing?

I am looking for a good resource to help write a few flows. Is there anyone that you all would recommend for this service? We have a defined scope for the flow and I think it is very doable, but we are new to Switch and it is just a little above our heads.

The short version is this:
1. Import daily spreadsheet (.csv) of orders
2. Move a copy of files listed in the spreadsheet from a ready to print file storage area into a hot folder
a. Number of times to copy in a file based on order spreadsheet
b. Files are print ready and fully preflighted
c. All print files follow the CustomerCode_SKU.pdf naming convention. E.g. ACME_3200221.pdf
3. Sort files based on page size and file name.
4. Combine files of like page size into single PDF
5. Send Merged PDF to appropriate pre-made hot folders.
