Combining PDF

I have multiple PDF's that are of different sizes. I would my customer to be able to drop a pdf in submit point or hot folder and tell me how many they need in metadata and something in switch would combine the pdf that many times and put in separate folders based on the size of the document. Does anybody have any thoughts on how I may be able to pull this off?

Maybe this app could help you. It will duplicate the pages in a PDF.
There is a PRO version that can do a lot more with the pages and how they are copied.

The settings on how many pages to be copied can be set with variables from the Submit point metadata.

This would work if it could duplicate more than 1 page of a pdf. My pdf's are anywhere from 5-60 pages.
