Hi
I need to send PDF files to a specific sFTP server.
I created this Switch flux (see the first attached picture), with an IN folder where everyone can deposit PDF files, and then the Flux element (FTP send) automatically sends these files to the server. This FT send element is set up (I indicated: it was a sFTP, I entered the public key, login url, username, port and other information, see the second attached picture).
This information is identical to that used to connect to the server via Filezilla. And via Filezilla, the connection to the server works perfectly.
But this flux doesn't work, the error comes from the "FTP send" element that says "Impossible connection to the server."
I searched but I didn’t find any solution…
If you have any idea where this problem might come from, I would appreciate
Thank you
Kind regards
Salome

Re: sFTP send
Hi
There are some issues with Switch and SFTP and this may be why you are having problems.
Best to report it to Enfocus.
Hopefully next Switch release will have it fixed.

Re: sFTP send
Hi everyone,
I am testing Switch 2020 Fall at the moment and I also have the issue that SFTP won't connect ("internal network subsystem error: 271").I am also using a key file that works fine in FileZilla. Does anybody of you know if there is already a bug fix for that problem in Switch?
Thank you!
