Run Switch as a service on windows with Adobe + Tilia programs

If i understand correctly, according to this article
https://www.enfocus.com/en/support/know ... 000jfddIAA if i am using Tilia Phoenix and Adobe illustrator in my flows, i can't make switch run them without logging in to my server user first? For example if a restart is made to the server when the admin is not present, the flows will not run until the user has logged in?

I don't know about Tilia but as far as I am aware, if you are using Illustrator, you have to log in to your user, otherwise illustrator will not launch and work.

Switch talks to Tilia Phoenix using a REST API so if the REST API is running Switch can communicate with it
