Hi All,

I am trying to setup a PDF review collection and I would like the Approved artworks to automatically remove from the collection when they have been approved or alternatively on a set time limit e.g. 48 hours.

During my initial testing, none of the files that been approved have removed from the collection.

Been through the user guide which states below:

If PDF files belong to a job collection, they are made available through a web page. As a reviewer, you can find here all files that are ready for review, as well as those that have been reviewed recently; how long they remain available depends on the configuration.

Does anyone have any idea how to update the configuration to adjust how long the files are displayed etc?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember correcty you can find it in the web-Admin > Server Settings > Sessions > Time out for link
