Hi All

I'm new to this forum, so I wasn't entirely sure what group to post this question in. Here is my problem. We have a high res pdf file supplied by a client. We are printing to a Xerox 700. When we print the file, a box appears around the logo. The logo is printed on a grey background. The box around the logo which is printing a slightly different grey. I have tried flattening the logo, but get the same result.

Can anyone advise why this box is appearing on the print and how I get rid of it.
