Add trim based on calculation?

Hey Y'all,

My team is working on a flow that sorts pdfs based on their size against an XML file. It checks to see if files have bleed, some bleed or not at all and if not, it will adjust the trim and add bleed with Pitstop. We discovered that Pitstop is adding the full amount of bleed to pdfs that have been converted from a photoshop file even if it already has some bleed. Basically, if a file is for example 3.6" and should be 3.75" with bleed, it just adds the quarter inch of bleed and adjusts the file to 3.85". Is there any way to adjust settings in Pitstop to have it adjust the bleed so it adds up to the quarter inch instead of adding the whole quarter inch? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes you can do this, it all depends on the selections you make. If you look at the Action List for Bleed, Some none or not enough that should give you some guidance. You can always drop me a mail at Enfocus (andrewb@enfocus.com) but I will be on vactation until the 31st July.
