Fix Missing Fonts

I was asked to use the Fix Missing fonts in the dropdown in Pitstop and run some pdfs through this action? But it is not showing up in the program for me?
Monotype discontinued the service, so I am afraid it's no longer available.
You can still fix missing fonts with PitStop, but it only uses fonts that are available on your computer.
