Pitstop Library Error Code 3402

Hello Everyone,

We have a flow that we have been using for several months now with no issues. Basic flow, drop PDF in, create preflight report (PDF) and email to CSR.

Now, we are receiving the following error:
349: Error while saving (Pitstop Library error code 3402): Could not create report.

Created a new flow and still receiving same error.

Has any one encountered this before?

Thank You

That error indicates the report file was not created, which could happen for a number of reasons. Are you creating an annotated report perhaps? If so, it could be that there is something in the file that prevents creating the annotated report - e.g. document permissions or a corrupt input file.

It could also be that the report template you're using is corrupt. If it's the default one you could try reinstalling PitStop Server.

Other reasons could include file permissions or a flaky network drive, although I would expect different errors then. And there are probably other possible reasons.

Do you have this with all files? And did something change on that machine, for example a new version of the software or some network changes?

It might be best to contact Enfocus support about this, and provide them with the flow and test files.

Hello bens,

Thank you for the reply. Ended up contacting Enfocus. Flows turned out to be OK. Technician suggested a reinstall of Pitstop server. We are now back up and running.
