Converting color

Hi there,
I have a PDF file made in two colors : black and cyan.
Unfortunately, some other colors (magenta, yellow) are presents in the PDF.
I tried to create script to convert magenta and yellow canal to black canal but no success...
Is anybody has an idea to help me ?
