CMYK values for Zone (defined area)

Wandering if there is a way to check the CMYK values for and defined area or zone in a PDF, like using the eyedropper for a specific spot.
We are burning plates for our Adast 751-Di on our Heidleburg plate setter because burning on the press was not consistent anymore, old diodes.
When we burn on the press it would create an .ink file the would set the ink keys with the correct values in each tower CMYK.
So I am looking for a way to get those readings manually. Any clues would be appreciated.
