Hello Switch colleagues,
I have a specific problem where I am looking for the most feasible solution.
A large amount of PDF is filtered through Switch once a week, renamed and placed in a folder structure.
If I create the folders as recycle bins and specify a standing time of 7 days, the Switch ID still comes before the file name. Users then wonder where the nonsensical file name comes from.
Is there a possibility that Switch deletes the folder structure once a week at a fixed time?
The folders themselves should remain - only the PDF should be moved to the trash.
I would be very grateful for any further tips.

Re: Preserve structure, delete content (Once a week)
You can use 2 apps for that:
• File pool cleanup, part of the Folder Apps bundle.
• Inject Wildcard
With both apps you can delete the files only and keep the folders.
You can also use time filters, to only delete files older than 7 days.
I don't see the complete flow, but you can send the files to sub folders in a dynamic way, using a variable, with less icons:
[Job.NameProper:Case="upper",Segment="1-1"]_

Hi Laurent,
thank you for your suggestion! The first thing I tried was the order by hierarchy. That worked great right away. Unfortunately I can't download the apps "Inject Wildcard" and "Folder Apps". I have therefore informed the support. Many thanks for this tip!
As soon as I have the functions available, I'll get back to you.
Thanks again and best regards, Jürgen
