Learn the name of file in folder

I hope I can explain what I need.

Keeping things simple, I have a PDF going into Swtch flow. The PDF is named so that I can create a private data key from the start of the name. This key is a job number.

There is a folder that matches this job number exactly. So it is very easy for Switch to access this folder.

My problem is, in this folder is an XML file. Nothing else ever in the folder.

I do not know the name of the XML file. It does start with the job number, but the rest of the name string is a mystery.

This is what I want. I want the PDF to "look" in this folder and see the file name. I don't want to branch off on a separate path, and inject the XML file with Inject Wildcard, or anything like that. I just want my PDF to get the name, without having to copy or inject the file. A single stream - PDF in, learn the name, PDF out. Is that possible? Is there an app for that?
