I've recently got a new computer with windows 11. I installed Acrobat DC (64bit) and now "Convert Color to Gray and Keep Black Text" puts a 2% screen on images. I've looked at all the setting and they look to be all the same. Any ideas? I tried to put in a support call but got "Looks like you don’t have access to create a case. Ask your community manager for access"
Thanks

Re: Convert Color to Gray and Keep Black Text
It is perhaps possible that this is due to the color management defined in the PitStop preferences.
Have you tried to switch off the color management temporarily for the action?
To achieve this, add the three actions to the action list, as they are marked in the screenshot.

Thanks for the suggestion, tried it this morning and still getting 2% in my whites.
Re: Convert Color to Gray and Keep Black Text
Note that images have their own colour management settings, as can be seen in the screenshot.

2) is converted on my old PC - windows 10; 0% inside box
3) is converted on my new PC - window 11; 2% inside box

Re: Convert Color to Gray and Keep Black Text
Nick,
your file converts correctly to 100% gray (i.e. to white) for me, so I can't reproduce your 2% tone output.
Have you checked the color management preferences of Acrobat and PitStop to see if they are the same as on the old computer?
I have Little CMS set up as the color engine for PitStop.

Re: Convert Color to Gray and Keep Black Text
I can't re create the issue either. But to get any ink coverage in 0% the only thing I can think of is that some color settings is faulty set to Absolute conversion. Otherwise I think it's some kind of bug.
