Moving Job Folders to an Archive Server

Hi all,
I want to build a flow which moves all customer data, which is older then lets say eight weeks, to an archive server. On the Switch Website theres an example of such a flow which seems to fit all our needs (see attachment). Unfortunately I'm not familiar with scripting, so I have the problem to set up the configuration of the execute command element which should move all folders which are older then x weeks to the flow and archive them.
Has anybody built up a similar flow and could help me with the command line? Or is there another solution to scan a specific folder and move "old" files?
If you have a good hint for getting used to work with command lines (like a webinar or something else) please let me know.

This sounds like something you can accomplish with File Pool Cleanup (part of Folder apps: https://www.enfocus.com/en/appstore/product/folder-apps).
