Preflight catch

Hello All,

Is it possible to have pitstop catch corrupt pdfs? i have a preflight that does have a check document -> damaged set to fail. But it's still letting bad pdfs through. These pdfs when opened in acrbat say "There was an error while reading a stream". and you can see the images are only half way loaded.

Any help would be great.
