We have some weird stuffs done by Pitstop:
We are using "title" values in PDF as meta for a lot of things
But each time we use Pitstop, it changes the value

Where can we prevent Pitstop to change this value?
PitStop does not change the Title of a PDF document automatically. You can do that in a Preflight Profile or an Action List, so the first thing to do is to check them for the presence of such a change.
However, there is something else that could play a role here. Traditionally information about the PDF was stored in the Info dictionary of the PDF, but there is a trend to use XMP for that because it a lot more powerful and flexible. I wonder if your PDF contains a Title in both places with different values. Can you share the Before document?
