invalid ICC profile

I want to chaneg a gray color into CMYK with pistop inspector but im getting an error about a invalid ICC profile. Why and what can i do to correct it?

You may have an invalid ICC profile in your colour management settings. Try changing the colour management preset to one of the predefined ones. If you don't know what to pick, "Sync with Acrobat" is usually a safe choice.
