HP SmartStream VDP Issue

Hello everyone!

I apologize if this is the wrong subcategory for this post, but I am running into an issue that I have recently experienced by purchasing the new seat license for HP SmartStream for InDesign. Please redirect me to the correct area to post if this isn't the applicable place to do so. Basically my issue is that since I have purchased the license, I am now getting an error in Switch when a file hits the HP SmartStream VDP element that says "Only InDesign 5 and above are supported" even though we are running a much newer version of InDesign. Has anyone came across this issue and found resolve? I have reached out to HP and am awaiting a response, but I was hoping someone else has found a solution that I can use. We are currently running Switch Fall 2021 and I just want to see if there is a resolution before I upgrade to the new Switch version since I would prefer not to if not needed. Thanks!
