PDF download spaces become %20

When the customer downloads a PDF from the review module the spaces in the filenames get replaced by %20 and they are not happy as they have to rename these. Does everyone have this problem or is it something to do with how we have our review module setup?

The issue you're describing, where spaces in filenames are replaced by "%20" when downloading a PDF, is often related to URL encoding.
