FTP Send and PPK

Using the FTP send element
I have a client that sent me a PPK file in order to connect to their SFTP site to upload files.
I enter Server info, Port, I select Public key authentication, Enter User, Cert type, Public_Key_File, Cert Path, Cert PW

Try to connect and it fails, Internal network subsystem error: 271

I'm not really following the cert type in the help file and feel the Private PPK file I received is an issue with Switch.

Of course it works in FileZilla so the information I have is correct but not sure how to trouble shoot the FTP send in Switch
