Problem with Switch Helper

Hi there!
One of my colleagues has a new PC and has a problem with Switch Helper when he tries to open files in a control point.
On his old one, he was able to open PDF files located in a check point with Acrobat without any problems.

On the new PC, this error message suddenly appears:
Something went wrong with Switch Helper. Please refresh the page and try again.
The new PC is running Windows 11 and the newest Acrobat version(64bit).
Refreshing, restarting and even re-installing Switch Helper does not help.

On the PCs of the other colleagues it works as usual (they did not get an upgraded PC).

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

It is a new computer so the most likely explanation is that Switch Helper has not been installed yet.

Switch Helper is installed. Also tried to re-install it, but he always gets the same error again.
