Watchdog is not running in mac

Hi

While opening the Enfocus pitstop server in mac it show: Starting up watchdog is not running yet

I attached screen shot for reference. I restart my system it asking "Do you want to run the watchdog" I give Yes but still watchdog is not running it shows error.

Hi,

May I suggest the following?

• Close PitStop Server

• Look at the Activity Monitor if they are any PitStop Server Watchdog running. If yes, force quit

• Restart PitStop Server

If this doesn't work, might be worth re-installing.

Thanks for your response I forced quit as per your response, but it not works there is any option other than reinstalling the pitstop server. I want to retain all the hot folders configuration path but i am not sure which folder we need to copy to retain the same hot folders configuration after reinstalling.

Can you contact our support? Might be that there is something to be done before a complete re-installation.
