Hi,
I can't find an action that removes "private data from another applications" like the related preflight command that is present in acrobat.
is there somethings like this?

If you want to use the acrobat action anyway, you could create a droplet doing this action.
It will be a .exe file, that can be executed with Execut Command app, and it will perform the desired action.
I use this notably to flatten PDF using acrobat engine instead of Pitstop one in some edgy pdf.
