Displaying additional XMP data

Hi All -

I'm trying to display some custom XMP info in the Proof Review to provide more info the customer. I created and add key/value info to our custom XMP namespace to the pdfs that contain job specific info such as Paper Stock, Coating, Die Number, etc.

I know I can display them in existing fields like 'keywords' but they display poorly and I would like to just display our custom XMP namespace key/values. Is that possible or is there any other way to display this info? I'm currently adding the info the proof email that comes out, but in the proof display in Review would be even better.
