Expired jobs

If I send a link to a customer for approval and the job link expires before the customer approves the job any new files sent with the same ordernumber (used for the job collection name) will result in an expired link.
I have to change the ordernumber, for instance by adding a letter at the end, in order for the customer to get a working link.
Is there a way to remove job collections once all files in a job collection are handled (approved/rejected) or once the link is expired?

Update: I found the solution to the problem. If I go to my reviews I can see all jobs that are not finished and then click not approved on the jobs with the expired links.
