Multiple flows with email receive - Leave originals on server
Since each mail receive element has a Leave originals on server option, i cannot have 2 separate flows, where one keeps the e-mails in the mailbox and the other one deletes them? Because both elements always process all the incoming e-mails?

Re: Multiple flows with email receive - Leave originals on server
I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying to achieve, but this is how we handle it.
We use a dedicated email account solely for receiving jobs into Switch from various systems and customers.
We then have one single flow using “Mail Receive (OAuth 2.0)” with:
• Leave originals on server: Yes
• Move to IMAP folder: Processed
This flow receives all incoming emails and acts as a dispatcher. Based on subject line and other metadata, the emails are then routed to other flows, or deleted if appropriate.
This way, only one Mail Receive element ever processes the mailbox, avoiding conflicts where multiple Mail Receive elements would otherwise pick up the same messages.
